- What is your swimwear made from?
Well, can we say they are made with love? In all honesty, they are made by local hands trying to make you feel your best and exactly how you deserve! Also, our swimwear pieces are made from sustainable techno-fabrics, which are made of an ECONYL® regenerated Nylon. In addition, our printed fabrics uses a pigment printing process that consumes very little water (less than a thimble), making it an eco-friendly solution in the textile printing industry.
- Do you provide local delivery?
We do! If you live in the San Juan area or the West Coast, we can arrange an appointment for your package! Local Delivery requires you to meet up to receive your package! Remember to leave your phone number at checkout!
If you would like to receive your package at your house or postal office please select standard shipping.
- What is Ale & Leo's return policy?
We accept exchanges within 15 days of delivery if the item is damaged. Swimwear is not available for money refund or store credit due to hygienic reasons. Please visit the size chart before buying!
- What should I do if my item is damaged?
We are so sorry if this happened, we try our best to achieve the most amazing pieces for you to feel your best, however, all of our pieces are locally handmade in a slow fashion atmosphere where mistakes may happen. If your item is damaged, contact us! We would be happy to help you!
- I have worn my items, but they need mending. What should I do?
